When you need assistance or have a concern to report, the Online Support Center is here to help connect you with the right AFA Representative. After you open a ticket, we'll provide you with a unique ID number for your reference so you can easily track its progress, submit additional information, and respond to messages online. Plus, you'll have access to a complete record of your request for future reference. Just keep in mind that personal email addresses are required when submitting a request, as we cannot accept alaskaair.com email addresses. We're here to help in any way we can!
